By this website, it is possible for you to get information about the products you’re interested in, as well as purchase the product that you want. Please read carefully our terms and conditions. The therms and conditions are for WWW.CHICCO.GE online shop (LTD. “PREMIERI 2015”).

If you visit website’s online shop, or order any product, you automatically agree on the terms and conditions of the webpage. If you don’t agree to the terms and conditions, please don’t use webpage WWW.CHICCO.GE for purchasing online the products.

The online shop works next way: when you make an order and pay with credit card , you will get        e-mail of order confirmation, which will contain text that we received your order, it is processed and is ready to be delivered.

In online shop the prices are indicated in GEL with value added tax. 

The prices may be changed anytime by the administration. 

Even though our attentiveness towards the products placed on our website, because of the product’s wide quantity of assortment, there might be the mistake of price, description or picture. In this case administration doesn’t take responsibility for this humanitarian mistake and leaves the right to correct that mistake as soon as possible, even when the customer has already paid the purchase price. In this case the customer can have two choice, to cancel order and get the full refund or exchange the order, make a correction.

Transportation on your address :

If you get the  order  in Tbilisi, the product will be delivered within 1 or 2 working days , the cost of delivery is 10 GEL. Delivery in the regions 15 lari, 2 or 3 working days.

Return back

The return of goods does not apply, with the exception of factory defects. In this case, please return the goods to the courier and the amount will be refunded to your bank account. No other cases of return of goods will be considered.

 LTD “PREMIERI 2015” – WWW.CHICCO.GE is fully responsible of confidentiality of the information regarding the customers of our website. We will not disclose the information about our customers to third person, except when the information will be transferred to our delivery operator for delivering the order to you.
